01 Discovery & Vision

02 Design & Selections
Ideas are generated and translated into floorplans, cabinetry layouts, and spatial relationships, to create balance and flow, particularly where the kitchen connects to adjacent living spaces. Materials, finishes, and fixtures are introduced in collaboration with you, often through guided visits to trusted showrooms and trade partners. The result is a design that is both visually compelling and fully considered.
03 Refine & Approve
Your kitchen design is fully developed into detailed construction drawings and specifications. Lisa collaborates with contractors and specialty trades in this phase, evaluating site conditions and refining construction details, to guide the efficient, cost-effective and quality implementation of your design package. The final design is refined with your input, ensuring the finished kitchen reflects your vision and lifestyle, and honors your investment. Every element is resolved, ensuring a seamless, cohesive result.
04 Project Coordination
A complete, organized set of construction drawings and specifications is produced and delivered with details that control the design, construction, and materials. This level of detail minimizes ambiguity, reduces modifications, and supports accurate pricing and scheduling. During this phase, we remain available to address questions and provide clarification as the design is implemented.
Project Management
A process that centers on providing a single point of communication between the homeowner and contractor for smooth management of timelines, project coordination, and budget tracking.
05 Pre-Construction Planning
We begin by aligning expectations; confirming the scope and schedule, reviewing budgets, and assisting in contractor selection to position the project for success.
06 Client Representation
We serve as a clear and consistent point of communication between you and the construction team, ensuring alignment throughout the project. We track the progress of the project, conduct weekly site visits and attend construction team meetings.
